Abstract
Measurements of the viscosity of refrigerants R124, R125, R134a, and R 152a in the vapor phase are presented. The measurements, performed in a new vibrating-wire instrument, cover a temperature range from 273 to 333 K from about atmospheric pressure up to below the saturation pres sure. The uncertainty of the reported values is estimated to be better than +/- 1%. Comparison with measurements of other investigators reve als a lack of reliable data in the vapor region for these compounds.
