Abstract
We extend the flux limited diffusion theory in a moving fluid to be ab le to treat any combination of absoption and scattering.The extended f lux limited diffusion theory is fully flux limited and displays the co rrect behavior in the free streaming limit and in the near thermodynam ic equilibrium limit.
