Abstract
This paper describes a frequency synthesizer for 64-1024 MHz with an o utput signal at levels appropriate for GaAs integrated circuits (low l evel -0.2 ... +0.1 V, high level +0.9 ... +1.5 V), and with a time-noi se root-mean-square deviation of 7 psec at 1 GHz.
