Abstract
The synthesis of N-substituted 4,5(3)-diphenyl-3(5)-pyrazoleamines by reaction of N-substituted 3-oxo-2,3-diphenylpropanecarbothioamides wit h hydrazine is described. Some compounds showed remarkable antipyretic , antiarrhythmic and hypotensive activity in rats, as well as weak ant iinflammatory, analgesic and in vitro platelet antiaggregating activit y.
