Abstract
Cardiac amyloidosis can have varied clinica presentations, but it unco mmonly leads to typical angina. The exact cause of ischaemia in this c ondition is not known, though various mechanisms have been postulated. We describe here a case of cardiac amyloidosis, proven by endomyocard ial biopsy, which presented as ischaemic heart disease, and we also re view the literature on the same.
