Abstract
A three-dimensional circulation model is presented and applied to comp ute suspended sediment transport. The turbulence is modelled by the us e of a two-equation (k, epsilon) model. Examples are shown for some te st cases where comparisons are being made with simplified analytical s olutions. A realistic example is finally presented where suspended sed iment transport is computed in a basin with river in- and outflow.
