Abstract
The acoustic pressure created in the scattering of an obliquelY incide nt acoustic wave by an elastic cylinder is analyzed. The resonance com ponents of the partial modes and Regge trajectories are used to invest igate the dependence of the form function on the angle of incidence, w hich is varied over a wide range.
