Abstract
A giant right coronary artery aneurysm communicating with the right at rium is reported. Its diagnosis using echocardiography, computed tomog raphy of the chest, and angiography is illustrated. The operative mana gement of this rare cardiac pathology is described. The role of operat ion in such a large aneurysm is emphasized.
