Abstract
An unusual case of a patient with bilateral Meniere's disease is descr ibed whose disease presented in the second ear as a sensorineural hear ing loss which fluctuated with the patient's level of blood glucose. T he literature concerning the role of abnormal glucose metabolism in Me niere's disease is reviewed and the investigation and management of th is patient's condition is discussed.
