PROSTATIC METASTASES IN THE NOSE AND PARANASAL SINUSES

Prostatic metastases in the nose and paranasal sinsuses are rare. Seve n cases have previously been reported in the world literature. We desc ribe the clinical presentation of a patient with prostatic metastases and the use of prostate specific antigen in confirming the diagnosis. We also review the literature about metasases involving the nose and p aranasal sinuses.
