Abstract
An increased demand for low-level radioactive targets has created the need for a laboratory dedicated to the production of these foils. A de scription is given of the radioactive targets produced as well as sour ce development work being performed at the Physics Division target fac ility of Argonne National Laboratory (ANL). Highlights include equipme nt used and the techniques employed. In addition, some examples of rec ent source preparation are given as well as work currently in progress .
