EXAFIT - A CURVE-FITTING PROGRAM FOR EXAFS

A curve-fitting program for EXAFS has been developed with the aim of p roviding an efficient data analysis tool for EXAFS. While the fitting algorithm (Marquardt) is standard, the emphasis has been placed on eas e of use of the program and high flexibility with parameter input and fitting model. It is possible to fit several spectra simultaneously. T his reduces the correlation among the fit parameters in cases where se veral spectra are fitted with one or more parameters in common. Furthe r features include fitting in k- or R-space, calculation of correlatio n coefficients, and error determination.
