Abstract
A case of isolated entrapment of the palmar cutaneous branch of the me dian nerve is presented. At operation, a ganglion compressing the nerv e within its tunnel was found. Symptoms were relieved with no recurren ce at 2 years after decompression and excision of the ganglion.
