Gy. Guo et Yl. Chen, PREPARATION AND THERMAL-PROPERTIES OF A LEAD INDIUM ALUMINUM PHOSPHATE-GLASS, Journal of non-crystalline solids, 162(1-2), 1993, pp. 164-168
A wet chemical process has been developed for the preparation of a lea
d-indium phosphate compound, and the effect of incorporation of alumin
um into the compound on the thermal properties of the resulting glass
is reported. High field Al-27 NMR in combination with a magic angle sp
inning technique was used to investigate the aluminum coordination in
the lead-indium-aluminum phosphate glass. The transition, crystallizat
ion and softening temperatures and thermal expansion coefficient of th
e glass were determined by means of DTA, TMA and dilatometric measurem
ents.
