Abstract
A review of experimental works on electrochemical deposition of molybd enum and molybdenum coatings from ionic melts is made. The electrolyte s applied are classified depending on the melt composition. Electrodep osition of molybdenum powders and coatings from tungstate-molybdate me lts is discussed in detail, as well as their physicochemical and opera tion properties.
