ELECTROCHEMICAL-BEHAVIOR OF VOLTAMMETRIC METAL-SELECTIVE SENSOR-BASEDON FLUORIDE-SELECTIVE ELECTRODE

Solid-state faradaic processes at the interfaces between an LaF3 (Eu2) single-crystalline membrane of a fluoride-selective electrode and me tals are studied from the viewpoint of their applications to determina tion of metals and metal traces on solid surfaces. Based on the electr ochemical behavior of the interfaces, a voltammetric sensor was develo ped, with a fluoride-selective electrode as a reference electrode and a test sample as a working electrode. The voltammetric sensor was test ed in determination of Bi traces on a conducting silver support.
