Abstract
The antioxidation effect of zinc oxide and acetylacetonates of metals (in constant and variable oxidation state) in epoxy polymers prepared by cationic polymerization was studied. Zinc oxide and Zn2+ and Cr3+ a cetylacetonates, which demonstrate the highest stabilizing effect in p olymer compositions, form synergistic mixtures with sterically hindere d phenolic inhibitors.
