I-V characteristics and their first derivatives are measured in a wide
range of temperatures and magnetic fields on amorphous Nb3Ge films wi
th the collective pinning of vortex lines. Using the Larkin - Ovchinni
kov model the dependences of nux now resistance on the field and tempe
rature are analyzed. Theory and experiment are in a good agreement. Th
e H-T phase diagram for possible states or vortex lattice are proposed
