Abstract
A kinetic model of superconductor with strong magnetic correlations is developed on the basis of quasiparticle scattering by antifferromagne tic spin fluctuations. Using this model the nonequilibrium distributio ns of quasi-particles occurring in a superconductor under electromagne tic pumping are investigated. It is shown that inversely populated sta tes may appear.
