Va. Khvostikov et Ss. Grazhulene, ATOMIC-FLUORESCENCE SPECTROMETER WITH TUNGSTEN FILAMENT ATOMIZER, Instruments and experimental techniques, 36(2), 1993, pp. 255-259
An atomic-fluorescence spectrometer with a tungsten filament atomizer
was designed to determine trace contaminations in small liquid samples
. The detection limits of the spectrometer for Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb, Ag, Bi,
and Mn are 10(-3)-10(-5) mg/liter in a sample with a volume of 2 mul.
The spectrometer can be used for environmental control, the determina
tion of toxic concentrations in industrial sewage water, and technolog
ical control in microelectronics.
