Abstract
The host 1 having aromatic amide structure exhibits an anomalous fluor escence with a large Stokes shift at around 500 nm, and multiple hydro gen-bonding interaction of the host 1 with uracil derivatives is direc tly monitored by increase of this fluorescence intensity when the amid e bond rotation is affected by the association.
