Abstract
A 65-year-old man with lung carcinoma is presented. Chest radiography showed unilateral Kerley B lines in the right midlung and base, sugges tive of lymphangitic carcinomatosis. High resolution CT demonstrated t hat this finding was due to residual normal interlobular septa, suspen ded between areas of paraseptal emphysema.
