We describe the case of a child with adverse food reaction involving t
he lower urinary tract. The child had recurrent episodes during the la
st six years of frequency, dysuria and gross hematuria which were not
always associated with lower urinary tract infections. On the contrary
toc skin respiratory and gastrointestinal organ system, adverse food
reactions involving urinary tract are not well described in the nephro
logic literature. Urinary tract symptoms of unknow origin may be due t
o adverse food reaction.
