Abstract
Two cases of urinary leaks following total cystectomy and ileal condui t urinary diversion, which were treated percutaneously by intervention al radiological techniques are described. In one case the urinary leak was a chronic clinical problem which had failed to improve following multiple surgical revisions, whilst the second presented acutely in a patient unfit for surgery. Both patients underwent staged procedures u sing well established radiological materials and methods, and a succes sful outcome was achieved in each case. Radiological management of uri nary leaks following ileal conduit diversion should be considered as a n alternative to surgery, in those cases where conservative methods fa il.
