Abstract
An unusual case of granulocytic sarcoma developing at the site of a pr evious cerebral hemorrhage in a patient with acute myelogenous leukemi a in complete hematological remission is presented. The pathogenesis o f the tumor growth at this site and its relevance to the antecedent he morrhage are discussed.
