Abstract
Cavernous hemangiomas are unusual tumors with a propensity for skin an d liver involvement and rarely involving genitourinary organs. We repo rt an unusual case of adrenal hemangioma which was successfully treate d surgically. In addition, we review the salient clinical, radiographi c, and pathologic features of this disease.
