Abstract
A new restriction endonuclease, Bsp24I, from Bacillus species 24, reco gnizing: 5'- down N8 GACNNNNNNTGGN12 down -3' 3'- up N13CTGNNNNNNACCN7 up -5' has been isolated. Its specificity and cleavage points were de termined.
