Abstract
The cascade model of electron transport (1-10(3) eV) in matter is prop osed to solve ion-emission problems. The model needs only well-known f undamental data about the target and is free of fitting parameters. Th e results obtained by the Monte Carlo method using the cascade model a re in agreement with experimental data in the literature.
