If at very high energies the cross section for instanton-induced QCD p
rocesses reaches the unitarity bound, such processes should dominate i
n events with large transverse energy E(T) > 100-200 GeV and will even
be observable at the SppSBAR and Fermilab colliders. If the emission
of a large number of gluons cancels no more than half the experimental
suppression of the instanton amplitude, the selection of the correspo
nding events will not be impossible (for E(T) approximately 30 GeV) bu
t will require special effort.
