Abstract
It is shown that two-dimensional quantum gravity with higher derivativ es and constant curvature can be quantized consistently. A critical di mensionality for conformal matter does not arise. The partition functi on is calculated for arbitrary genus. The quasiclassical static soluti on in the case of interaction with the Gross-Neveu model is found. The solution can be interpreted as a two-dimensional black hole.
