A 20-bit stereo D-to-A converter is realized using 4th-order delta-sig
ma oversampling technology. 110dB S/N ratio and 0.001% harmonic distor
tion are measured at PDM output signal employing an oversampling ratio
of 128. The chip operates with single 2.7V power supply and consumes
33mW. It is implemented in a 3.6 X 4.Omm2 chip area with using 0.8um C
MOS technology.
