Abstract
New methods of design, control, packaging, alignment, and service have made possible the integration of a TV tuner onto the main chassis pri nted circuit board. Concurrent engineering of several disciplines addr essed the many issues of an integrated tuner, making the project more of a system problem than an RF specific task. This system solution pro vides many advantages over modular tuners.
