Abstract
A new single-chip video LSI for the high-band 8mm camcorder has been d eveloped. This newly-developed LSI includes all of the luminance(Y) an d chrominance(C) signal processor with the controller for EVR(Electric Variable Resistor) system. This paper describes how new LSI has succe eded in reducing the number of ICs and peripheral components and the p ower consumption drastically by using only bipolar technology.
