Oro-facial epidemic Kaposi's sarcoma (eKS) was observed in 124 patient

transsexual patient). Average survival time was 1 year 9 months (rang
e: 3 months 4 years 6 months). 57.3% of the patients had died. The har
d and/or soft palate, gingiva and tongue were most frequently affected
, with falling frequency within these locations. Oral manifestations o
f eKS appear to be common; treatment modalities must be optimised.
