Abstract
Partially phosphate-methylated oligodeoxyribonucleotides have been syn thesized on an oxalyl-CPG derivatized support using an isopropoxyacety l group for the protection of the exocyclic amine of the nucleic bases . Hybridization properties with the target sequence have been studied by absorption spectroscopy.
