Abstract
Simultaneous occurrence of IgA nephropathy an sarcoidosis is described in a 42-year-old Asian female, who earlier had a steroid-resistant, n o light microscopy change nephrotic syndrome that resolved spontaneous ly. Occurrence of three, apparently unrelated conditions in this case may be fortuitous, or causally related. We discuss the possible causal relationship amongst these conditions.
