Abstract
Three new diterpene alkaloids, sczukitine, sczukinine and sczukidine h ave been isolated from the roots of Aconitum sczukinii Turcz., a Chine se herbal medicine collected in Chang Bai Shan mountain, Jilin Provinc e in China, and their structures were designated as 1, 2 and 4 respect ively on the basis of analyses of their spectra data including homonuc lear H-1 COSY, C-13-H-1 COSY, CD spectrum and NOE experiment as well a s chemical reactions.
