Abstract
We report a case of prenatally diagnosed bilateral adrenal cysts. Ultr asonographic diagnosis was made at 35 weeks of gestation and spontaneo us resolution was observed by age 6 months. We review the characterist ics of adrenal cysts, particularly hemorrhagic lesions, and recommend ultrasonography for followup.
