Abstract
A case of progressive insulin-induced lipoatrophy is reported in an in sulin-dependent diabetic patient having been treated exclusively with human insulin. The lipoatrophy was stopped after insulin therapy was c hanged from subcutaneous injections to continuous subcutaneous infusio n with human insulin.
