Abstract
The authors analyse their experience in the use of microsurgical trans plantation of tissues in the management of recurrent vasaliomas of the head in 20 patients. Various types of autografts were used, such as: the greater omentum, thoracodorsal, inguinal, scapular, deltoid, and r adius grafts. The results were good in most cases. It is claimed that microsurgical auto-transplantation of tissue complexes is a necessary component in the treatment of severe forms of basaliomas of the skin o f the head.
