The weak processes B --> KllBAR, B --> H llBAR (l = e or mu), B --> K
nunuBAR and B --> K nunuBAR are studied in the framework of the super
symmetric theory (SUSY). It is shown that the branching ratio (BR) for
B --> KllBAR decay is in the order of 10(-6) and it is approximately
10(-5) divided-by 10(-6) for B --> K llBAR. It is found that there ar
e mass regions where the contribution of the SUSY particles to the dec
ay rate exceeds that of the SM. Using the existing experimental upper
bound to BR restrictions on the masses of the SUSY particles m(g) and
m3/2 are obtained.
