Abstract
A 39-year-old male living in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan, who complain ed of headaches, and redness, the sensation of foreign bodies and puff y eyelids of the left eye, visited the Department of Ophthalmology, Ya manashi Medical College. A larval nematode was found in the anterior c hamber of the left eye and removed through a limbic incision. This nem atode was identified as the spirurid type X larva.
