Abstract
Three hundred and twenty five university students were assessed in ord er to study the relationship between knowledge and oral contraceptive (OC) compliance. We found that specific pill knowledge had surprisingl y little impact on compliance and that other factors were involved in decision making which resulted in over one third of well educated well informed women indulging in risk taking behaviour.
