Far-infrared photoconductivity measurements on a GaAs/GaAlAs multi-qua
ntum well sample in which the normal to the plane of the sample is tip
ped away from the magnetic field direction are reported. In order to e
xplain these results, the model developed previously by the authors in
volving a matrix diagonalization procedure is expanded and then applie
d to the experimental results. Good agreement is obtained for angles o
f tilt up to about 30-degrees. It is also shown that the model satisfa
ctorily explains results previously obtained by Mueller et al.
