Abstract
Triplex formation has been observed between an oligodeoxyribonucleotid e duplex and an oligodeoxyribopyrimidine which contains N4-(3-acetamid opropyl)cytosine, a novel base analog which selectively interacts with a C-G base pair of the target duplex.
