Abstract
To our knowledge only a few cases of renal milk of calcium have been r eported. We have encountered 5 such patients. The diagnosis depends up on the demonstration of halfmoon-shaped calcification in the lateral d ecubitus or upright roentgenograms. This condition should be different iated from a renal calculus to avoid unwarranted surgery or extracorpo real shock wave lithotripsy.
