Abstract
High-Q transmission high-T(c) superconducting coplanar waveguide reson ators have been employed to make accurate measurements of the temperat ure dependence of the penetration depth via the change in phase veloci ty. Resonators made from several different film thicknesses are well d escribed using a zero temperature penetration depth and a T-squared te mperature dependence using a full-wave spectral-domain model of the co planar waveguide transmission line.
