Abstract
Structural peculiarities of the phase stabilization process of wurtzit e-structured boron nitride (wBN) as well as their effect on the wBN -- > zinc-blende-structured BN (zbBN) phase transformation under high pre ssures, have been investigated by high-resolution X-ray diffractometry , transmission electron microscopy and ESR spectroscopy.
