Abstract
Total syntheses of novel DMT-phosphoramidites of thymidine (11 and 15) and 2'-deoxyguanosine (8 and 20), and their utility in the preparatio n of triple helix forming oligodeoxyribonucleotides with a stretched p hosphodiester backbone are described.
