Abstract
We report a case of bilateral ovarian cysts lined exclusively by squam ous epithelium showing multifocal intraepithetial neoplasia. The cervi x showed synchronous high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN III). W e interpreted the ovarian lesions as squamous carcinoma of borderline malignancy and believe that they are part of a ''field change'' that a lso involves the cervix.
